ifit adaptive/inclusive fitness

The program is called “iFit” standing for Inclusive Fitness and symbolizes “I can fit in anywhere”.

CrossFit is functional, everyday movements that are important for an independent lifestyle, and to us there is no other form of fitness for anyone hoping to live independently one day, especially in the special needs community. 

In a world where the special needs community is often times told no - “no you can’t, no you shouldn’t, and you will probably never” we want to provide a place where they’re told yes you can and yes you should!

We welcome anyone and everyone with all different abilities.   

Our goal is to coach the same CrossFit workout that CFM posts for that day and modify where need be. I want my athletes to be able to participate in what I think is such an important activity for social skills, confidence and physical and mental health.
