Inspired by her daughters Piper (7) and Sunnie (3), who rocks that extra chromosome, she wanted to create a space where her daughters knew they could do anything anyone else did.
"I want the adaptive community to know they can lift heavy weights, they can do hard things, and they can probably do it better and faster than anyone imagined. To me CrossFit has introduced me to people, events, places and a mindset I will always be grateful for. I've learned so much about myself and hope to inspire others."
